Victoria Gonzales is an Education Liaison II, with the Compassionate Education Systems team in Arizona. Victoria works with children and youth experiencing foster care to assist them and their families/teams to overcome educational obstacles, and she collaborates with community partners to create systems that better the lives of our children, youth, and adults. Victoria is a firm believer that it takes a village to raise a child, so she works diligently to ensure that all appropriate stakeholders are involved to produce impactful life changing outcomes for all the young people she is blessed to serve.

Before joining the National Center for Youth Law in 2017, Victoria has worked in the education and behavioral health fields for over 10 years dedicating her career to helping children, youth, and adults get connected with the resources, support, and the services they need to be successful in life. Victoria is a dedicated foster parent and advocate incorporating the voices of the children and youth she serves so they are heard and their needs met in a timely manner. Victoria works to remove as many barriers as possible so children and youth do not have limitations with their education or with their daily life decisions and opportunities.
