Paige Clark

Paige Clark is the Senior Program and Policy Manager on the Education team at the National Center for Youth Law, where she supports the development and implementation of advocacy strategies to improve educational outcomes for youth in the foster system, youth experiencing homelessness, and youth involved in the juvenile justice system. Paige seeks to build an education system that better meets the needs of young people through coalition and awareness building, influencing policy and legislation.

Paige comes to NCYL with experience in education policy and direct service with K-12 students. Paige has served as an advocate for community-based providers working with youth in foster care; worked to increase access to child care and early education for families in San Francisco; and led a team of AmeriCorps members in providing school-based tutoring and mentoring. Paige holds a bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley and a master's degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
