Jacki Lusher

Jacki Lusher is an Education Liaison II with the Compassionate Education Systems team in Arizona. Jacki partners with young people experiencing foster care and supports them through navigating their educational journeys. She also provides training and support to adult professionals, family members, and community partners in the areas of foster care and education, special education, and best practices related to supporting youth in care.

Jacki has over 10 years of experience in education. She has been a classroom teacher providing special education services to amazing scholars while completing her master's degree in Special Education from Arizona State University. She has also worked supporting youth experiencing housing insecurity and young people experiencing foster care with their academic and post high school goals.
