2023 FosterEd Arizona Foster Care Conference: School Experience and Promoting Student Success
We are excited to announce our upcoming first annual FosterEd Arizona Foster Care Conference: School Experience and Promoting Student Success! Workshops will help attendees to reimagine how Arizona systems can work together to transform educational outcomes for youth experiencing foster care. Our engaging and dynamic speakers will bring forth workshops covering topics including:
- How Arizona systems can work together to transform educational outcomes for youth experiencing foster care
- How to explicitly address the needs and experiences of Black and Indigenous youth in foster care
- How to authentically center the voices of young people impacted by the education and foster care systems
- Addressing the needs and experiences of youth that have experience in both foster care and juvenile courts
- Addressing the needs and experiences of parenting and pregnant youth
