Our Promise to Donors
Donor Privacy Policy
National Center for Youth Law (NCYL) is committed to protecting the privacy of its donors, funders, and friends. Therefore, NCYL will not sell, share or trade information about its donors, funders or friends with third party entities, nor solicit donations from our donors, funders and friends on behalf over another organization.
This policy applies to all information received by any online platform (e.g. websites, mobile applications) as well as any electronic, written or oral communications.
To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, information about our donors and funders will only be used as necessary to process the donation.
Donor Opt-Out Policy
National Center for Youth Law (NCYL) acknowledges that its donors, funders and friends are often inundated with emails, letters, and phone calls among other print and digital communications.
Donors, funders and friends of NCYL have the right to be removed from any or all solicitation lists that are used by NCYL to send online (e.g. email) or offline (e.g. letters, phone calls) solicitations.
