Ki Allen
Ki Allen is the Director of Information Technology at the National Center for Youth Law and a part of the Operations team. Ki is responsible for the organization’s IT strategy and all infrastructure and application technology. Ki brings a passion for helping people use technology so that staff can better accomplish the important work of the organization with more ease and impact.
Ki has spent the past twenty years working in the non-profit sector. Most recently she spent seven years as the IT Director for a large community development financial institution in San Francisco. Prior to that, she worked for the Insight Center for Community Economic Development and Eden Housing. Allen is committed to working for organizations with a mission to bring about change and social justice. She has brought significant transformation to her past organizations, initiating IT strategic planning, leading large technology projects, and implementing changes to advance and mature the use of technology across the organization.
Ki is a native Californian and has spent half her life in Northern and half in Southern California. She loves to scuba dive, travel, read, write, and spend time planning her next adventure.
