Colin Mincy

Colin Mincy is the Managing Director of Culture and Operations at the National Center for Youth Law, where he works to build a workplace culture that actually reflects what NCYL fights for: belonging, equity, and the conditions where people do their best work. He believes that how an organization treats its own people is its most honest statement of values, and he brings that conviction to the systems, operations, and day-to-day decisions that shape life inside NCYL.
Colin brings more than 20 years of experience across culture, people strategy, and operations in both the private sector and mission-driven space. His background spans financial services and human rights, with roles at Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, and SimCorp, as well as senior positions at Human Rights Watch, Open Society Foundations, and the International Rescue Committee. He’s a Certified Organizational Design Specialist, a contributor to CNBC and Medium, and an adviser to CultureCon and HR Brew.
