Los Angeles County Law Enforcement First Responder Protocol for Commercially Sexually Exploited Children
What We've Learned: A Four Year Look

Piloted in 2014 with support and technical assistance from the National Center for Youth Law, the Los Angeles County Law Enforcement First Responder Protocol (FRP), created an expedited, collaborative, and trauma-informed response for children and youth identified as commercially sexually exploited.  This new report describes the first four years of implementation of the FRP and provides valuable insights into the backgrounds and experiences of the young people identified through the FRP, the impact of services provided, and important lessons learned.
