Sarah Wilson

NCYL has expanded our development team. Sarah Wilson is the new Grants and Contracts Manager. She comes to us after a stint as Project Lead managing a museum project at the Exploratorium of San Francisco to create exhibits for a Kayseri Science Center in Turkey. Prior to this she worked as a project manger and grant writer for the Tenderloin Museum in San Francisco. At the American Museum of Natural History in New York City for 12 years, she led image research teams on over 20 major exhibits. Sarah earned her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of California at Berkeley, and has spent more than a decade grant writing and helping non-profit organizations and individuals conceptualize and fulfill their project visions. She is also an accomplished musician and composer.


Jason Wurtz

Jason Wurtz was the Marketing and Fundraising Manager at Ravenswood Family Health Clinic before joining NCYL as Development Manager. Jason earned his B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and his M.S.W. from University of California, Berkeley. He has over 13 years of professional experience, including finance and marketing roles at some of the world’s largest companies including KPMG, Wells Fargo Bank, and Nestle. He has also worked in fundraising and marketing for non-profits in the health care, education, and asset-building sectors.
