Josh Nomkin is a Berkeley Law Public Interest Fellow on the Child Welfare team. Nomkin recently graduated from University of California, Berkeley School of Law. While he was a law student, Nomkin was a Summer Law Clerk on the Child Welfare team at NCYL and interned in the Education Advocacy Clinic at East Bay Community Law Center, at East Bay Family Defenders, and at East Bay Children’s Law Offices. He was also an Articles & Essays Editor for California Law Review and helped lead the La Alianza Workers’ and Tenants’ Rights Clinic. Before he attended law school, Josh was a Compliance Associate at Arabella Advisors and an AmeriCorps VISTA at Turning the Page. Josh received a B.A. in History from Pomona College.
