National Center for Youth Law

Anti-Bullying and Harassment Legal Support Network

The National Center for Youth Law has joined with with private law firms and other public interest law firms including the Southern Poverty Law Center, Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights, the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund, and regional affiliates of the American Civil Liberties Union, to create a network that provides support and advocacy when hate inspired incidents are reported on school campuses. The network serves as the first point of contact for students and families seeking help and advocacy. The network also provides training and support to pro bono attorneys across the country seeking to file cases in federal court against school districts that fail to protect students.
