June Dipchand is a corporate Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher &Flom LLP concentrating in Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Law and general Corporate Law matters. She advises public and private clients in connection with various U.S. and cross-border corporate transactions and matters. June practices out of Skadden’s New York office, where she also manages the firm’s Canadian cross-border M&A practice for its Toronto office. June is active in pro bono and diversity initiatives, both within and outside of her firm. June currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Legal Aid Society on which she sits as a vice chair, and she co-chairs their diversity subcommittee. The Legal Aid Society provides legal services to vulnerable clients and communities in New York. June received her JD and an MBA from the University of Toronto. She also holds degrees in Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering.
